Our leadership team brings over 40 years of combined experience across operational transformation, technology delivery and financial performance management. One of us co-founded a vertically integrated manufacturing business and led it from launch to exit; the others have spent their careers building and running production systems for demanding enterprises. Throughout, we kept seeing the same pattern: the biggest improvements in a plant begin with the ability to see the operation truthfully.
That insight led us to found Grandhelm. We embed with the leadership teams of mid-market manufacturers and deliver focused engagements with defined scope, timelines and success measures, combining operating experience with one proven operating backbone and AI applied where it earns its place.
